Bring Water: Please bring at least 3 litres of water to your session. This ensures that your body is properly hydrated, which is essential for a smoother, more effective experience.
Pre-Hydration: Start hydrating well the day before your session, but avoid overhydrating immediately before you arrive.

Fasting

Timing: Avoid eating for at least 8 hours before your session. This fasting period prevents any complications during the purging process and allows the medicine to work more efficiently.
